Facetime Karaoke Concept

I created this afternoon exploration after listening to music on my iPhone and using Apple Music’s lyrics feature.

I imagined a feature that would let everyone in the same FaceTime call join a karaoke session and receive different sections of a song.

Access would be immediate through a button beside the AI-assisted vocal-removal control. Activating it would invite everyone in the call. Once accepted, each participant would receive a color used both around their camera feed and for the lyrics assigned to them. The active singer’s microphone would be enabled while the other participants were muted, keeping the shared performance clear and coordinated.
