Career - Rainbow Six Siege
About
Since Year 9 Season 4, Career has brought many of Rainbow Six Siege’s previously scattered progression systems together in one clear, comprehensive hub.
It combines existing features such as Match Replay, Ranked, and Reputation with newer additions of our own. One of those is the upcoming Stats tile, where players will be able to explore essential data about their overall engagement, operator performance, and results across different game modes.
My Tasks
I joined the Career feature while it was still in an early, exploratory state, when we were defining both its direction and its purpose within the game.
As Badges gained momentum, the team split its focus across the two features. I moved primarily onto Badges, while the other UX designer began developing Career in greater detail.
I remained closely involved in Career workshops and design discussions, contributing to tile content, layouts, and the scalable pattern behind the landing page. Because the hub needs to accommodate future additions, its tiles must be able to grow, shrink, and reorganize as priorities change.
I also explored concepts for the upcoming Stats feature, which will surface useful information about player engagement and performance.

Goals & Objectives
Inform
At its core, Career is an information-rich landing page where players can check their in-game progression at a glance, then open individual tiles when they want a deeper view.
Grow
Siege is a live-service game with more planned for the future, so the Career landing page needed a flexible layout that could accommodate new features while continuing to prioritize the information players value most.
Unify
Progression information was previously spread across several areas of Siege. Career brings those systems together and gives them a more consistent way to present information. A future Stats tile will also bring player data that was previously limited to the Siege website directly into the game.
Feature Demo
I can only share the final in-game version of this feature.
In the video, I navigate the Career hub in a live build of the game and show my personal in-game Career page.
